Avidan Winery

Avidan Winery situated in kibbutz Eyal, is a family business that upholds an artistic aspiration for their handmade wines. Shaped by curiosity, creativity, innovation and so said artistical objective, originates a source of inspirtaion, by which the Avidan winery succeeds to offer their oenophiles a diverse and fascinating wine expercience. The winery stands for exceptional creative style, that expresses blending in old and new, as well as vintage and modern.
Avidan winery was founded in 2000 and produces around 20.000 bottles a year. Avidan winery offers three series: Without kosher certificate! Avidan Blen of Noir: Tag Katom and Tag Segol, Avidan Reserve: Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve and Shiraz Reserve, Avidan Fringe: Fringe Full Fine and Fringe Prio.
Flam Winery

Located at the establishment close to Beit Shemesh at the bottom of Jerusalem's mountains, considered with the newest standarts of technique, produces the winery Flam constantly excellent and exciting wines, since their first harvest 1998. The winery was founded by the brothers Golan and Gilad Flam, Golan, who was trained in Australia and Tuscany is responsible for the wine, while Gilad arranges the business. Around 55000 bottles were produced 2004 and 2005, 2006 around 75000. The grapes originate from wineries in the Judean Hills and the Galilee. Without kosher certificate!

Hevron Heights Winery
Hevron Heights Winery
This winery, near the heart of city Hebron situated, founded by a group of french investors in 2001, produced in the beginning around 150000 bottles per year with main target jews outside of Israel. Currently the production reaches 600000 bottles, whose grapes originate from vineyards in the Judean mountains and near Hebron.
The winery has a very expanding and confusing label and seriessystem, which contains among others the following: Hevron Heights, Noah, Hevron, Tevel, Efron's Cave, Shemesh, Pardess, Judea, Jerusalem Heights and Jerusalem Hills, some of which are conducted privately.
Margalit Winery

Margalit belonged to one of the first boutique wine-growing estates in the country and is the first winery that was and still is directly addressed to sophisticated oenohiles and wine experts. The winery was founded 1989 in Moshav Kfar Bilu near Rehovot, but since 1994 to be found near Hadera, at the bottom of Mount Carmel. The father and sons operation Ya'ir and Assaf Margalit is known mainly for their red wines kept in bordeaux-style. 1989 Margalit began with a production of 900 bottles Cabernet Sauvignon. Today prodction reaches 17000-21000 bottles per year. Without kosher certificate!
Noah Winery
Subdivision/label of Hevron Heights Winery
Michel Muricano, a jewish viniculturist from France is the founder of Noah Winery. After his arrival to Israel, his father advised him to practise here his old profession and start a wine management. After long searching for the best ground and sites for planting of the wine, he decided for the area surrounding the city Hebron. On the fertile ground the grapes and olive trees grow optimally. It is described in the bible that here the Canaanites planted their vine.
Sea Horse Winery

Ze'ev Dunie founded this boutique vineyeard in 2000 in Moshav Bar Giora in the Jerusalem mountains, after he gave up on his partnership with the Ayur Winery. Dunie planted his own vineyards with Syrah and Zinfandel, to this, Cabernet Sauvignon in upper Galilee. The wine cellars began with 1800 bottles in 2001 and produces meanwhile between 10000 and 14000 bottles per year. Without kosher certificate! h2 Tabor Winery

Tabor was founded 1999 by several wine-growing families and located in Kfar Tabor in lower Galilee. This modern winery receives their white grapes from vineyards near mount Tabor and their red grapes from upper Galilee. The label of the wines at that refer to the ground on which the particular grapes grew. It began in 1999 with about 20000 bottles and has now reached 60000 bottles per year.
Few years ago the Central Bottling Corporation (the israeli producer of Coca-Cola) bought in with the winery and holds since 2005 51% of it. Momentarily a number of vineyards are attached and the wine cellars will expand greatly in the next years.
The Cave Winery

The Cave Winery
n the heart of a countryish region, on top of the Menashe heights near Bat Shlomo, is found an ancient cave, whose walls reflect history of Israels magnificent past. Today this cave serves as home for the Cave winery. Natural storage conditions, high humidity and constant low temperatures offer ideal qualification to ripe wine in this cave. The first grape harvest of the winery took place in 2000, since then the winery fulfilled their promise to produce wine of special quality consequently.
Tulip Winery

Tulip is probably the only vineyard estate worlwide in which social dedication meets with the production of top class wines. Family Itzhaki founded in 2002 a small winery in a village of disabled people Kfar Tikva, that cooperates together with the local disabled people. Part of receipts of the wine-selling is used for the institution. Proof that this commitment can lead to top class wines, are the 90 Parker points, with which Syrah Reserve from Tulip in wine advocate was rated. The grapes of the Tulip wines originate from hillsides around Karmei Yosef (Judean mountainous region) and Kerem Ben Zimra (Upper Galilee). While the type „Just“ is a single vineyard wine, the top class wines Reserve and Grand Reserve are not enlarged by their origin, but according to best assemblage. Exclusively wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah are produced. With their about 80.000 bottles — not kosher – Tulip belongs to the smallest, but finest wineries in Israel. Vitkin Winery

Founded by Doron and Sharona Bologolovsky in Moshav Kfar Vitkin on the central coastal plain, the winery gave out their first wines in 2002. The winery produces momentarily 30000 bottles per year. Without kosher certificate!
Yikvei Zion Winery
Place of the winery is Mishor Adumim in the Judean mountains and is managed as family business since 1982.
