Israelwine Cremisan
The winery Cremisan Cellars has tradition since more than a 100 years. Wines from the region surrounding Bethlehem (down until Hebron) were considered to be especially good and savory already at biblical times. The vineyards around the so called „Ponds of Salomon“ are mentioned in many passages in the old testament in the bible.
The today planted grape varieties of course differ from the former wines, nevertheless is their quality unquestionable. All wines are distinct an earthy fundamental structure. The acid of the wines enhances their flavor.

The wine-selling
An activity for supporting the salesians Don Boscos in Beit Jala and Betlehem, maintaining the vocational college in Betlehem and preservation of workplaces in the palestinian territories for christian arabs.
Those wines don't have a kosher certificate!
