Shipping costs
Placing an order on IsraelWein.de is only allowed to persons aged at least 18, additionally a minimum order value of € 15,00 has to be reached (this applies to orders from Germany — other countries' age restrictions by request).
Deliveries within Germany
Deliveries within Germany beneath € 75,00 value of goods will be charged with the following freight costs:
- up to 3 bottles: 4,95 €
- up to 6 bottles: 5,95 €
- up to 12 bottles: 6,95 €
- up to 18 bottles: 7,95 €
- up to 30 bottles: 12,95 €
Orders exceeding € 75,00 value of goods are free of shipping costs within Germany, independent of the amount of bottles.
Usually we deliver by DPD within Germany. Other delivery services may be assigned if wished for, but all additional costs will be charged.
Deliveries within Europe
Before dispatching an order to a European country we will contact the purchaser (if necessary) to clarify customs and taxation. Gathering these information before placing an order may be done via our contact form.

Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Netherlands (NL), Luxemburg (LU) and Denmark (DK):
The shipping costs are graduated by the amount of included bottles of beverages:
- up to 3 bottles: € 7.80
- up to 6 bottles: € 10.60
- up to 12 bottles: € 12.70
- up to 20 bottles: € 18.70
- up to 32 bottles: € 29.70
- up to 40 bottles: € 34.90
- up to 52 bottles: € 39.90
- from € 450.00 value of goods: Free of shipping costs!
Other members of the EU:
Sweden (SE), France (FR), Great Britain (GB), Italy (IT), Poland (PL), Czech Republic (CZ), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI) and Hungary (HU):
- up to 3 bottles: € 11.80
- up to 6 bottles: € 14.60
- up to 12 bottles: € 16.70
- up to 20 bottles: € 22.70
- up to 32 bottles: € 33.70
- up to 40 bottles: € 38.90
- up to 60 bottles: € 45.90
- from € 450.00 value of goods: Free of shipping costs!
Switzerland (CH):
- up to 12 bottles: € 45.00
- up to 20 bottles: € 55.00
It is mandatory to co-ordinate higher amounts of bottles beforehand.
Please be aware that there will be additonal customs costs on the spot. We are able to offer a special service for orders to Switzerland: Orders may be delivered to one of our partners near the German-Swiss border (using the delivery costs for deliveries within Germany), there the order can be collected personally (please be aware of the respective import regulations). This service needs to be arranged beforehand via phone, please contact us.
Other:
In general deliveries to other countries are possible, but they need to be co-ordinated beforehand. Contact us and we will provide you with the respective conditions.
Shipping Costs for deliveries to foreign countries not containing wine or other beverages depend on size and weight. We may provide you with these costs by request. For further information regarding deliveries to foreign countries do not hesitate to contact us.
Pick-up
You may pick up your orders personally at our store, if you wish to. Please note this wish on your order (if possible including a pick-up date), so that we do not dispatch the items. In this case you are free of shipping costs. Our business hours may be found under legal notice.
Return of packaging
Regarding the sales packagings, which are filled by us and handed over to private customers, our company joined the take-back-system of Chrismedia. Herewith we fulfill our legal obligation according to § 6 VerpackV.
