Winemaker's Reserve: One of the winemaker's biggest challenges is the selection of a region of each grape variety. The journey to discover the best region for each variety has led to this new high end Special Reserve series of wines. This journey became possible due to the extensive high quality vines planting of the winery in the last years and a hard work at the winery. We believe that each wine in this series demonstrate how unique and impressive can be the combination between the right soil and climate to the grapes grown there. Ageing: 18 months in oak barrels

Tasting notes: With a ruby-red hue, the wine present an elegant nose with blueberries, black current, English pepper and some gentle green notes of sage and Tabaco. On the palate the wine continues to be elegant with a velvety and soft body balanced acidity and herbaceous finish.
