The Dalton 20th Anniversary White wine is a collaboration between our old and new winemakers, the wine was vinified by our outgoing winemaker Naama Sorkin and assembled by newcomer Guy Eshel.

The illustrations on the bottles were drawn by award winning artist Gabriella Barouch. Gabriella has collaborated with Dalton in the past contributing to our Reserve series and we are thrilled to continue out work together. When placed side by side the drawings show a panorama of our Elkosh vineyard, with references to our laying down roots and our commitment to a sustainable future.

The white wine blends two of our most important varieties, Sauvignon Blanc from our newest Elkosh Vineyard and Chardonnay from our oldest vineyard of Kerem Ben Zimra. The two plots were fermented separately then married and allowed to age in barrels on their lees for eight months.

The 20th Anniversary White wine is a limited edition of 6,600 bottles each bottle comes in an individual gift box and as a boxed pair with the red wine.
