In the beginning of the 19th century the small town of Strykover covered itself in
glory when great Rabbi, reb Fishel came to live there. It was at that time when a
very extraordinary drink appeared in Strykover…
A magical spirit which, as they said, used to warm up your heart and your soul,
elevating youa couple of feet above ground. The old world recipe of Strykow
Jewish inhabitants survived until today. Passed over from generation to generation
like a legend it gloated like a whisper over Strykow plum orchards famous for its
fruit with fabulous sweetness and aroma.
One can feel the taste of the legend still today.
