Were produced from grapes which grew in the vineyards of the Meron yishuv, from the choice vineyards of the world, which enjoy the special cold climate of the heights of the uper Galilee, a part of Israel which the excells in growing. The Wine was produced with the speciale technology according to the family tradition of generations of winemaking from Bordeaux in France. 24 mouth aging period.
